Aiden's Smithsonian Birthday Celebration

We celebrated Aiden's birthday with a train ride into DC and a visit to the Smithsonian Space and Air & Natural History Museums.  How cool is it that we have this entertainment at our backdoor!

Fireworks over Washington, DC!

We're finally settled in Burke, Virginia just outside Washington, DC. The fireworks over The Mall were amazing. We were able to spend the 4th with Pat and Jan in Georgetown at Mark's condo. The view from the rooftop was spectacular overlooking the Potomac River with the boats passing by and helicopters/airplanes flying overhead.
