Cowgirl Up!

Following the Christmas Eve candlelight service, Mommy read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas.

I thought I was a good girl all year long, but until I saw proof that Santa came I just couldn't be sure.

I love my new bike Santa brought me.

This bike ridin' thing is pretty easy. Outta my way Mommy. Here I go.

Can't catch me!!!

It's a Princess Christmas

Snow White and Aiden at the wishing well. Prince Phillip and Princess Aurora are Aiden's new best friends!
Ariel and Aiden: Notice the excitement about being "Under the Sea."
After a hug and a kiss, Aiden had trouble letting go of her role model Cinderella. By far the highlight of the day. Unfortunately we saw her after being in the park only 30 minutes.

I thought I would show you all a picture of my ship. I officially am the Officer in Charge of the ship and will be taking her out to sea sometime in the month of March when we get the weapons systems installed.

I'm not sure I would be able fair well in these heavy seas. As we say in the fleet, "Stand-by to take heavy rolls." Conditions like this mean lots of rack-time, right Dad! Luckily we will never see sea states like this.

Aiden told Santa Claus today that she wanted a "bike, a Cinderella bike" for Christmas. Jolly ol' Saint Nick was nice and gave Aiden a candy cane.

How could Santa resist a cute face like that? All part of Aiden's master plan.

They were not happy that we were disturbing their naptime. Look at those pitiful faces.
Mommy and Aiden enjoying the desert wildlife.

Don't look now, but there is a snake behind you!
Daddy and Aiden enjoying a brief rest before our drive back to Phoenix.

The views were definitely worth the wait.

Who knew there was going to be 2 miles of bumper to bumper traffic to see the Grand Canyon. Looks like everyone is having fun though.
Happy Thanksgiving from Scottsdale, Arizona. We had a wonderful trip everyone.
